Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. • Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of recruitment. Job Requirements : • 3-6 years of experience in HR or related field, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry. • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools for managing candidate pipelines.
