**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. - Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of recruitment. **Job Requirements :** - 3-6 years of experience in HR or related field, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry. - Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools for managing candidate pipelines.
