We are seeking a high-caliber, metrics-driven Assistant Manager - Human Resources professional to architect, optimize, and scale key HR processes across the employee lifecycle and drive the scale and effectiveness of our people operations. You will own the complete ecosystem of our employee journeyfrom onboarding frameworks to predictive talent analytics and strategic policy formulation. If you are an agile HR professional who thrives on turning workforce data into strategic business assets and building thriving workplace cultures, this role is designed for you. **Key Responsibilities**: 1)**End-to-End Employee Lifecycle & Relations:** **Lifecycle Mastery:** Own the full continuum of employee lifecycle management, ensuring an exceptional experience at every milestone. **Onboarding & Offboarding:** Champion a frictionless and culturally rich onboarding and offboarding framework. **Employee Relations & Governance:** Serve as a trusted partner for employee relations, proactively managing grievance handling with emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and swift resolution. 2)**HR Analytics, Operations & Technology Ecosystem:** **Data-Driven Strategy:** Leverage advanced data analysis to translate complex workforce metrics into actionable organizational strategies. **Executive Reporting:** Architect and maintain institutionalized HR reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making. **Tech Stack Ownership:** Serve as the functional custodian for HRIS administration and Company Internal Portal Administration, ensuring maximum data integrity, system optimization, and user engagement. 3)**Strategic Talent & Performance Architecture:** **Performance Management:** Design, deploy, and govern robust, continuous performance management systems that align individual execution with corporate goals. **Policy Innovation:** Lead HR policy formulation, continuously benchmarking and modernizing company compliance, benefits, and workplace guidelines. **Capability Building:** Empower the workforce by designing, curating, and conducting training programs that bridge skill gaps and foster leadership development. 4)**Compliance, Risk Mitigation & Vendor Relations:** **Audit Leadership:** Lead the preparation, execution, and closure of comprehensive HR audits to ensure 100% operational compliance. **Risk Mitigation:** Oversee the rigorous execution of the Background Verification (BGV) process to safeguard organizational integrity. **Vendor Management:** Manage partner ecosystems through strategic vendor management, negotiating SLAs and auditing external partners to maximize ROI. **What You Bring:** - 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, or HR Generalist roles within a high-growth environment. - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Proven expertise in modern HRIS platforms, portal management, and data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint). - A blend of analytical rigor and empathetic leadership, with outstanding conflict resolution skills and the maturity to handle sensitive corporate matters. - A proactive builder mentality who prefers driving initiatives to completion rather than simply managing existing processes. **What We Offer:** - A visible seat at the table where your work directly shapes executive talent decisions. - The mandate to re-engineer processes, introduce new HR technologies, and establish new internal standards. - Industry-leading perks and benefits. - Access to a world-class mentorship network.
