Job description

• Assistant Manager experience with strong expertise in Learning & Development, Behavioral and Soft Skills training. • Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities. • Experience in training content development and review. • Awareness of AI tools, Canva, and/or any content development tools. • LMS handling, ADDIE model and e-learning modules is mandatory. • Understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI). • Knowledge of training effectiveness measurement and L&D metrics. • Strong reporting and analytical skills. • Good understanding of L&D processes, SOPs and governance. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. • Understanding of latest trends & technologies in L&D.
