Job description

Role & responsibilities • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. • Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders. • Configure Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Absence modules. • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HDL loads, and HCM Extracts. • Design security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies. • Integrate Oracle HCM with payroll and third-party applications. • Create OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and analytics dashboards. • Support testing, deployment, training, and go-live activities. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
