Job description

• To look after the assigned production functions. • To ensure that desired production levels are achieved every month. • To ensure that requisite quality standards as well as 5-S and 3-C standards are adhered to. • To ascertain and ensure that efficiency of machinery and employees working under you is constantly monitored and adequate remedial measures as desired by your Superiors are taken to improve upon the same. • To ensure that monthly machine loading schedule is prepared as per planning and the same is adhered to on a day-to-day basis. • To take corrective measures to reduce scrap and rejection levels. • Resolve any problems arising from any of the issues related to employees, machinery break-down or production process. • Complete PSIF monthly targets. • Multii- skilling of operators & de bottlenecking of the bottleneck processes. • Corrective actions to resolve customer issues.
