The role partners with Senior Managers and Directors across functions and geographies, contributing to the design and delivery of talent programs that have a direct bearing on how the organization grows and how people experience their careers at Darwinbox. This is not a role limited to running processes. The person will contribute meaningfully to what gets built, how it gets designed, and how it lands across a diverse, international workforce. They will own programs end to end, work across HR and business stakeholders, and are expected to bring a point of view to the table, not just execution capability. The role involves travel as part of program delivery and stakeholder engagement. A good fit is someone who is observant, picks up on what needs attention before it is flagged, and follows through with a well-considered response. **Key Responsibilities** **Talent Program Design and Delivery** - Partner with Senior Managers and Directors across functions and geographies on the design and delivery of talent programs. - Design and deliver programs across the talent lifecycle including development, performance, careers, and engagement, ensuring they are grounded in business context and well executed. - Manage program timelines, communication, and quality, and track outcomes against intended goals. **Performance Management** - Own the performance cycle end to end, from calendar planning through execution, ensuring a high quality of experience for employees and managers at every stage. - Coordinate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Rewards to ensure the process is integrated, coherent, and well communicated across the organization. - Stay ahead of friction points and proactively bring forward solutions rather than flagging issues after they surface. **Learning and Development** - Identify capability and learning needs across teams and design interventions that are relevant, practical, and connected to where the organization is headed. - Deliver learning programs that go beyond content delivery, ensuring they translate into how people work and grow. - Partner with business managers to build a culture where development is treated as ongoing and embedded in day to day work, not limited to formal programs. **Employee Experience And Culture** - Design and deliver programs that sustain the culture Darwinbox is known for, one of openness, camaraderie, and a genuine orientation toward growth. - Work on employee experience initiatives that are thoughtful and contextually relevant across a diverse, multi-geography workforce. - Stay connected to how employees experience the organization at different stages of their journey and bring those insights into program design. **Cross-functional Coordination** - Work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Rewards as an ongoing partner to ensure that talent programs are backed by the right processes and data. - Coordinate across HR and business teams on shared initiatives, acting as a reliable and well-informed point of connection. **Problem Identification and Solutioning** - Read situations across programs and stakeholder interactions and proactively flag what needs attention, along with a suggested course of action. - Support Senior Managers and Directors in identifying patterns across data, feedback, and program outcomes that can inform how talent strategy evolves. **Data and Reporting** - Maintain program trackers and reports that give a clear picture of status, participation, and outcomes. - Prepare inputs for leadership reviews and stakeholder updates with clarity and precision. **Qualifications And Experience** **Education and Background** - Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of HR experience, with meaningful exposure to talent management, learning, or employee experience programs. - Ability to work with Senior Managers and Directors across functions with confidence and credibility. - Strong program management skills and the ability to handle multiple workstreams without losing quality. - Proactive and observant working style, with a genuine interest in people and organizational dynamics. **CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AT DARWINBOX** Darwinbox is an HCM solutions company.
