Assistant Manager- Treasury- Finance and Accounts

Brief Description of the Job: Support the Treasury Manager/Head in documentation and managing Borrowings, Investments, Forex and Banking relationships across the Mankind Pharma Group. Key Responsibilities 1. Preparing daily cash flow forecast, analyse variances and ensuring liquidity 2. Identify and process investments and redemptions. Evaluate and suggest investment opportunities in Mutual Funds and FDs. 3. Timely documentation and execution of debt instruments (E.g. Bank loans, Debentures, Commercial Paper, PCFC, WCDL etc.), manage working capital limits and trade finance products 4. Banking and Loan compliances - (including but not limited to Debenture trust deed, Covenant compliance, End use, Periodic reporting to Banks etc.) 5. Forex Management Trading in spot/forwards to hedge Fx exposure 6. Managing FEMA reporting and compliances such as ODI/FDI 7. Maintain all treasury related data and documents in the Treasury shared drive and support in internal/external audit 8. Prepare periodic MIS for Senior Management. 9. Send periodic update on Treasury activities including views on macro/interest rates/FX to the Board/Senior Management 10. Implement digital tools/dashboards in Treasury for tracking investments, cash flow forecasting, debt schedules and compliance monitoring.
