Designation - Assistant Manager. Job Title - Financial Planning & Analyst. Location - Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with monthly financial reports, financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities • Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions. • Partner directly with the business team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization. • Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Educational Qualifications • CA/MBA in finance and less than three years of experience in FP&A Skills • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles • Experience developing financial reports and metrics • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
