**Assistant Technical Manager Facility Management** Role Purpose Support the Technical Manager in ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of building engineering systems, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, DG Sets, STP/WTP, BMS, and other critical infrastructure within corporate/commercial facilities. Key Responsibilities Operations & Maintenance - Assist in managing day-to-day technical operations of the facility. - Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all MEP systems. - Monitor HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure. - Ensure equipment uptime and reliability through effective maintenance planning. Vendor & Contractor Management - Supervise technical vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers. - Review maintenance schedules and monitor service quality. - Ensure contractor compliance with safety and operational standards. Compliance & Safety - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies. - Support fire safety audits, electrical inspections, and emergency preparedness programs. - Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments. Team Management - Lead and guide engineers, technicians, and service providers. - Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide technical support. - Ensure manpower availability for smooth facility operations. Client & Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with clients and occupants regarding technical issues and service requests. - Provide timely resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. - Participate in client meetings and prepare technical reports. Reporting & Documentation - Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and statutory documents. - Prepare monthly technical MIS reports, incident reports, and performance reviews. - Track energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities. Budget & Cost Control - Assist in preparing technical budgets and controlling operational expenses. - Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-efficient initiatives. - Support procurement of technical materials and spare parts. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering discipline. - Additional certification in Facility Management, Energy Management, or Safety preferred.
