Location: Chennai | On-site Engagement: Contractual- 2 Years Experience: 5 -6 Years Compensation:15 -18 LPA annualized Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - Civil / Electrical Preferred: PMC / Workplace Project Management background Reporting Local: PHRO - Chennai Functional: Central Workplace Team Role Purpose A mid-level contractual project role to support the large-scale consolidation of Airtel offices in Chennai, working closely with the HR Workplace team at Circle and Central Workplace team. The role will provide on-ground project coordination and execution support across the complete workplace lifecycle employee planning, site/acquisition coordination, design, execution, handover and transition with WPX lead. Key Responsibilities Drive employee-count, seating and space requirement assessment in coordination with HR/Business teams. Support site/acquisition evaluation and ensure Workplace requirements are incorporated. Coordinate with PMC, architects, consultants and contractors on design and execution. Review layouts, BOQs, specifications and project progress from Workplace/technical perspective. Track scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies and key decisions. Act as the on-ground coordination point between HR, Workplace, Real Estate, PMC and vendors. Drive snag closure, readiness, handover and transition activities. Maintain project trackers, dashboards and governance updates for Circle and Central leadership. Support employee transition and business readiness for movement into consolidated workplaces. Ideal Candidate 5 -6 years of experience in PMC, workplace projects, corporate real estate, construction or project execution. Engineering graduate - Civil/Electrical. Strong experience in stakeholder coordination and managing projects on-site. Good understanding of office design, execution, BOQ, project timelines and handover. Strong execution orientation with ability to independently drive closure. Exposure to large office consolidation / relocation / workplace transformation will be an advantage.
