Associate City Head - AD Sales

Job description

We are looking for an Associate City Head Monetization who will be responsible for growing advertising sales and revenue for the city. The person will manage a sales team, build relationships with clients, and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities • Manage and guide the Ad Sales / Monetization team. • Set monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for the team. • Generate revenue through advertising sales and brand partnerships. • Identify new clients and business opportunities in the assigned city. • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, brands, and agencies. • Prepare and present advertising solutions based on client requirements. • Track team performance and ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved. • Motivate the team and provide regular coaching and feedback. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. • Prepare regular reports on sales, revenue, pipeline, and team performance. What We Are Looking For • Experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation. • Experience in team handling / team management. • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. • Good understanding of sales targets and revenue generation. • Ability to build relationships with brands and advertising agencies. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
