Associate City Head - Ad Sales

We help brands reach targeted audiences through Digital, OOH, DOOH and On-ground advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities • Drive brand acquisition and advertising revenue for the assigned city. • Handle, lead and mentor a team of Ad Sales / Brand Partnership professionals. • Set team targets, monitor performance and drive revenue achievement. • Build relationships with brands, agencies and senior marketing stakeholders. • Own the complete sales cycle prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closure. • Drive new business, repeat revenue, upselling and strategic partnerships. • Sell solutions across Digital, OOH, DOOH, activations, sampling and on-ground campaigns. • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and key accounts. What We’re Looking For • Experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Brand Partnerships / B2B Sales. • Strong team handling and leadership experience. • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills. • Experience in Digital, OOH/DOOH, AdTech or Experiential Marketing is a plus.
