Read on… What makes the role meaty? • Own and shape Licious’s brand voice and communication across every consumer touchpoint. • Lead creative and copy strategy across brand, growth, CRM, product, social, packaging, and customer experience. • Balance powerful brand storytelling with communication that directly drives engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate consumer insights and business priorities into impactful campaigns. • Build and mentor a high-performing copy and content team while setting the creative bar for the organization. We hope that you are.. • 10+ years of experience in copywriting, brand communication, content strategy, or creative leadership. • A strong storyteller with exceptional writing and conceptual thinking skills. • Experienced in both brand-building and performance-driven communication. • Deeply curious about consumers, culture, branding, and digital marketing. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
