Job Purpose To ensure proper O&M of Mechanical systems (Public Health Engineering, HVAC and Fire Detection & Protection), specifically in Plumbing Systems, there-by improving system stability & reducing energy consumption, performing Shift duties, apart from certifications compliance – Energy Management System ( ISO – 500001), QMS (ISO 9001), EMS (ISO 14001) and WHO standards. **ORGANISATION CHART** R3 - Head Mechancial Terminals R2 - Deputy General Manager R1 - Manager / Sr Manager Position : Associate Manager Key Accountabilities Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Contract & SLA monitoring for T1 Mechanical - FDPS , HVAC & PHE. Compliance for Serviceability, PM, response time, testing reports, tools, spares & consumables availability. BOQ/Specs, MIS & energy reports, and Kaizen implementation. Planning & execution of CAPEX/OPEX, BOQ, QC, MIS, energy reporting & improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, BLIP, CIP). Performing Shift Duties Performing Shift Duties to manage Engineering Services as per operational requirement Projects & Improvement works for new concessionaires, retail, F&B Identification & implementations of initiatives for revenue generation & growth. **EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS** • Interact with all internal stake holders & CFTs of DIAL. • Ensuring regulatory & legal requirments wrt functions. • Interact with Vendors, OEM, Specialist service partner. **INTERNAL INTERACTIONS** • Interact with other departments like P&C, F&A, Operations, IT, QSD, Commercial,S&V etc for smooth flow of work. • Interact with individual/internal team members for smooth coordination of project. • Interact with Senior Management to apprise them about the progress of works. **FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS** • Opex Budget as approved in AOP - up to 5Cr • Capex Budget as approved in AOP - uptto 3 Cr Other Dimensions • Total External Maintenance team employee size up to 115 numbers. • O&M experiece on PHE fucntion specially wrt managing Pump House operations, water storage and distirbution, Potable / Flush / CT makeup water management, Water demang planing and billing, RO & filterations system, WHO guidelines applications, Automation & instrumentation, Calibrations etc Education Qualifications • BE/B-Tech in Mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Diploma in Mechanical engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience Relevant Experience • Min 5 years of experciec in Operation & maintenance of Mechancial Service like PHE & FDP • Knowledge on AutoCAD and MS Project. • Team handling upto 40 employee. **COMPETENCIES** • Capability Building • Entrepreneurship • Execution & Results • Networking • Personal Effectiveness • Planning & Decision Making • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking • Social Awareness • Stakeholder Focus • Strategic Orientation • Teamwork & Interpersonal influence • Commissioning and Handover (ORAT) (Practitioner) • Regulatory Compliance and Management (Practitioner) • Design Management (Practitioner) • Technical Innovation and Advancement (Practitioner) • HSE Management (Practitioner) • Mechanical Systems (Practitioner)
