- **Patient flow and administration**: Schedule and confirm appointments, register new patients, and manage their intake forms and records. - **Patient support**: Greet and assist patients, answer questions, and provide information to help them navigate the healthcare system. - **Service recovery and issue resolution**: Handle patient complaints and grievances, and implement solutions to recover from negative experiences. - **Coordination and communication**: Collaborate with other staff and departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication, and act as a liaison between patients and the facility. - **Administrative support**: Maintain patient records, handle paperwork, and assist with billing and coordination as needed.
