**Base Location:** Halol **Educational Qualification** Graduate Engineer degree (pref Mech) **No of open roles:** 02 **Designation**: Manager Common Line-Mech Mixing (5 yrs in mixing) **Designation**: Assistant Manager Curing and FF- Mech ( 3 yrs in mixing , curing) Job Responsibilities - Lead and inspire a team of maintenance professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce tyre scrap and minimize environmental impact. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and cost-saving projects, to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs. - Manage and execute machine reliability improvement projects to maximize uptime and minimize downtime. - Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. - Lead the deployment of major projects, including installation, commissioning, and automation initiatives. - Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality, to achieve shared objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the tyre industry. - Strong understanding of mechanical maintenance principles, predictive maintenance techniques, and root cause analysis. - Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. - Passion for safety and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
