Base Location: Halol Educational Qualification Graduate Engineer degree (pref Mech) No of open roles: 02 Designation: Manager Common Line-Mech Mixing (5 yrs in mixing) Designation: Assistant Manager Curing and FF- Mech ( 3 yrs in mixing , curing) Job Responsibilities • Lead and inspire a team of maintenance professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce tyre scrap and minimize environmental impact. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and cost-saving projects, to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs. • Manage and execute machine reliability improvement projects to maximize uptime and minimize downtime. • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. • Lead the deployment of major projects, including installation, commissioning, and automation initiatives. • Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality, to achieve shared objectives. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the tyre industry. • Strong understanding of mechanical maintenance principles, predictive maintenance techniques, and root cause analysis. • Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing principles. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. • Passion for safety and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
