The Company has a presence across 4 continents with major delivery centers in the USA, India, and Philippines.** **Job Role - Test Lead** **Experience - 7+ Years** **Location - Bannerghatta - Bangalore** **Note - PLAYWRIGHT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATE** **Job Responsibilities:** **We are seeking an accomplished TEST LEAD** **to lead and manage a team of testers, encompassing manual, automation, and performance testing.** - **Lead the end-to-end test lifecycle tool selection, scripting, execution, maintenance, and reporting.** - **Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.** - **Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to SDLC/Agile practices.** - **Work with stakeholders to define quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.** - **Evaluate and implement automation tools like** **Selenium, Playwright,** **Appium, Tosca, Katalon, Test Complete, etc. Hands-on experience with couple of Automation tools is a MUST.** - **Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.** - **Working knowledge of REST API testing, performance tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter), and accessibility testing tools.** - **Experience/Knowledge on GenAI tools in testing** - **Interested candidates can drop their resume at bhakti.rajwada@datamatics.com** **Or Watsp on 9833233055 (PLAYWRIGHT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATE)**
