Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and cross-sell opportunities. • Identify new business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients on insurance products. • Meet or exceed monthly targets by selling life insurance policies to customers through bank channels. Job Requirements : • 0-5 years of experience in banca sales or bancassurance sales. • Strong understanding of the local market trends and regulations in the financial services industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
