What You'll Do You’ll help shape and evolve the technical learning curriculum for BCG X Delivery, partnering with a Senior Manager, X Delivery leaders, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate them into relevant, scalable learning experiences. You’ll ensure our curriculum keeps pace with advances in AI, new tools, and evolving role expectations across X Delivery. Working across a global remit, you’ll connect learning priorities across Build and Global Delivery and turn them into practical learning journeys. You’ll combine curriculum development with hands-on program leadership, using learner feedback and business data to continually improve the learning experience. • Shape and evolve learning journeys across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced formats. • Partner with Delivery leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and prioritize curriculum investments. • Build scalable learning pathways tailored to the needs of Build and Global Delivery populations. • Lead curriculum planning, review, and multi-region rollout in partnership with the wider BCG X L&D team. • Support end-to-end coordination and delivery of X Delivery onboarding programs. • Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with learning platform teams. • Align X Delivery learning with the broader BCG X and OneBCG learning agenda. • Measure learning effectiveness using learner feedback and business data, while exploring AI-enabled approaches to strengthen the curriculum. What You'll Bring • 7+ years of relevant or transferable experience in a complex, fast-moving environment. • Experience identifying capability gaps and translating them into practical, scalable solutions. • Strong understanding of how skills and capability development can support commercial and business priorities. • Ability to understand technical concepts and turn them into clear, relevant learning experiences. • Strong analytical skills, using data and feedback to prioritize investments and improve outcomes. • Experience managing complex programs, external partners, and multiple priorities across global teams. • Clear, confident English communication and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior colleagues. Who You'll Work With You’ll be part of the BCG X L&D team—a fast-paced global team that works closely with the business to build the capabilities BCG X needs to succeed. We take a practical, commercially focused approach to learning, connecting capability development to evolving business and talent needs. You’ll partner closely with leaders across X Delivery, Build, and Global Delivery, alongside technical experts and regional learning colleagues. As part of BCG’s broader learning ecosystem, you’ll also connect with learning teams and colleagues across the firm, sharing ideas and aligning approaches where it makes sense. You’ll work with external vendors and partners to bring the right expertise and solutions into our global learning programs. Additional info BCG X is the tech build and design unit of BCG.
