We are looking for Field recruiters to join Delhivery for the Bengaluru Metro Roles and Responsibilities:- • Onboard stores(Kirana Stores model) across the assigned Territory. • Hire vendors and manage performance. • Do Field Events and manage recruitments fulfilled at the DC level. • Manage Delivery Boys compliance, and Resolve Disruptions at the DC. Experience:- • Must have strong experience in managing Delivery Boys. • Strong Hiring experience in a metropolitan city. • Work experience in E-Commerce,3PL would be a help.
