Job description

Role & responsibilities • Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. • Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and ensure timely project delivery. • Prepare project reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations. • Perform Schedule Variance, Cost Variance, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis. • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Execution, and Commercial teams. • Prepare and submit Client RA Bills, verify BOQs, and ensure timely billing with complete documentation. • Monitor project budgets, cost control, and monthly sales & collection plans. • Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget compliance. Preferred candidate profile • 710 years of experience in Railway Projects. • Strong knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Billing, Budgeting, and Cost Control. • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project. • Proficiency in EVM, MIS Reporting, BOQ, RA Billing, and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
