**Role & responsibilities** - Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. - Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and ensure timely project delivery. - Prepare project reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations. - Perform Schedule Variance, Cost Variance, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis. - Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Execution, and Commercial teams. - Prepare and submit Client RA Bills, verify BOQs, and ensure timely billing with complete documentation. - Monitor project budgets, cost control, and monthly sales & collection plans. - Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget compliance. **Preferred candidate profile** - 710 years of experience in Railway Projects. - Strong knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Billing, Budgeting, and Cost Control. - Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project. - Proficiency in EVM, MIS Reporting, BOQ, RA Billing, and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
