Additionally, you will be involved in blood donor recruitment, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards, and participating in quality assurance programs. Skills Required: - In-depth knowledge of blood bank operations and transfusion medicine. - Proficiency in serological techniques and blood typing. - Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and techniques. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting results. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with donors and healthcare staff. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
