Branch Credit Manager

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely disbursement of personal loans and loan against property (LAP) products. • Conduct thorough credit appraisals, evaluating borrower's financial statements, credit history, and other relevant factors to determine loan eligibility. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and internal partners to drive business growth. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Job Requirements : • 3-7 years of experience in credit underwriting or related field. • Strong understanding of personal loans, LAP products, and credit appraisal processes. • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data. • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
