Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow the business. • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through secured and unsecured loan products. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Job Requirements : • 5-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry. • Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets. • Strong understanding of secured loan products (e.g., mortgages) as well as unsecured loans (e.g., credit cards). • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
