**Branch Head(FM & LM Ops):** Job Description: We are looking for young and dynamic Female professionals with strong leadership and operational expertise to join us as Branch Head. The role requires hands-on experience in managing branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Position: Branch Head Location: Mumbai(Western & Central line) CTC Offered- As per market standard Interested candidates can share there CV at dipak.pradhan@dtdc.com Role & responsibilities - Responsible for branch in bound & out bound operations within prescribed time. - Monitoring & ensuring timely arrival and departure of vehicles from the branch. - Responsible for all pickup and delivery activities of the branch. - Maintaining prescribed service level of all DTDC products including PTP & E-Commerce shipments. - Responsible for managing all customer queries arising out of the branch with the help desk of the branch customer support team. - Ensuring branch adherence to standard operating procedure for all Operational processes. - Managing the cost budget of the branch and upkeep of branch infrastructure. - Play the role of administrative supervisor to all branch personnel - KPI will be along 2 primary categories - Service Quality - Managing the Cost Budget of the Branch Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 4-6 yrs of exp into First Mile & Last Mile Operations Should have team handling experience and excellent communication skills.
