**Purpose of the Job:** We are looking for a high-impact Brand & Performance Marketing professional who can seamlessly balance long-term brand building with short-term performance-driven growth. The role demands strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution capability, and deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer journeys, and brand storytelling. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners to drive measurable business outcomes while strengthening brand equity. **Duties & Responsibilities:** Brand Marketing: - Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, on-ground, and owned channels - Own brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives aligned with business objectives - Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints (communication, creatives, content, media) - Manage brand campaigns, content initiatives, and employer/partner branding efforts - Track brand health metrics such as awareness, consideration, recall, and preference Performance Marketing: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels (Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, App campaigns, etc.) - Own funnel metrics including leads, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and LTV - Work closely with analytics teams/agencies to continuously optimize targeting, creatives, landing pages, and budgets Strategy & Collaboration: - Translate business goals into integrated brand + performance marketing plans - Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams for full-funnel execution - Brief and manage creative, and digital agencies - Prepare regular dashboards, performance reports, and leadership-ready insights **Essential conditions:** Education: Graduation Work exp: 6-7 years in Brand Marketing and Performance/ Digital Marketing. Work related skills: - Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to retention - Hands-on experience with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, marketplaces, analytics tools, etc.) - Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making - Experience in BFSI, fintech, consumer internet, or large consumer facing brands is preferred - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills **Key Essentials:** - Integrated marketing strategy - Performance marketing & analytics - Campaign planning & execution - Budget management & ROI optimization - Agency & stakeholder management - Data-driven storytelling **Success Metrics:** - o Improvement in brand awareness and consideration metrics - o Lead/conversion growth with optimized CAC and ROAS - o Quality and consistency of brand communication - o Campaign effectiveness and business impact
