**Skill: Capital market Performance reporting BA DA** **Experience: 8 - 12 years** **Location: Bangalore** **Mode: Hybrid** **Job Description:** - Must have 8 years of experience in the finance industry as a business Analyst Data mapping and functional testing - Strong experience in agile methodology is an absolute must - Solid experience in having developed user stories and acceptance criteria is essential - Indepth experience in coming with up test plans test strategies test cases and control sets for testing purposes - Ability to translate business requirements into technology specific actions - Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects - Knowledge of Bank loan products will be a significant plus - Excellent Oral and written communication skills - Ability to work closely and productively with cross cultural teams spread across geographies and time zones
