Job description

Role & responsibilities • Source new customers and generate leads for car loan business through dealerships, referrals, and field activities. • Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and business targets assigned by the organization. • Conduct customer profiling, document collection, and preliminary credit assessment. • Coordinate with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement. • Maintain customer relationships, provide post-disbursement support, and ensure portfolio quality. Preferred candidate profile • Graduate in any discipline with sales experience in auto finance, banking, NBFC, or insurance. • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills. • Knowledge of car loan products, documentation, and local market dynamics.
