Role: Business Finance Unsecured Portfolio **Job Description:** **1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with product, business, and credit leads to review ongoing performance. This collaboration is crucial for guiding P&L actions and driving performance and productivity improvements** **2. Financial Reporting & Analysis** - **Responsible for preparing unsecured businesss P/L for the month & YTD, at all segment & sub-segment level** - **Include all relevant KPIs in the P/L Report** - **Tracking actual performance against plan** - **Deep dive into variances to provide insights into financial performance to stakeholders** - **Driving P/L management at the sub-segment level within the business ensuring granular financial oversight** **3. Conducting mid-month reviews with business teams, product, and other specific teams to ensure alignment and address any emerging issues** **4. Strategic Planning/Forecasting** - **Preparing the line of sight (LOS) which outlines future financial projections and strategic goals** - **Conducting what if scenarios for business/any other stakeholder for effective decision-making including cost benefit analysis/revenue generation** - **Involved in constructing AOP (Annual Operation Plan) and LRP (Long Range Planning)**
