Company: OYO Department: Business Finance Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: CA Business Finance (2-3Year Post Qualification of CA) Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Business Finance Manager / Finance Lead Role Overview OYO is looking for a highly motivated Chartered Accountant to join the Business Finance team. The role will work closely with business, operations, and finance stakeholders to support financial planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh CAs to gain exposure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities • Support monthly financial reporting and business performance analysis. • Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. • Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast). • Work with business teams to track revenue, costs, and operational KPIs. • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review. • Assist in profitability and unit economics analysis. • Support commercial evaluations and financial modeling. • Collaborate with accounting teams during monthly financial closures. • Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities. Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 2-3 year exp. • Strong academic background preferred. Skills Required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Basic financial modeling knowledge. • Strong business acumen and logical thinking. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
