Job description

Role Highlights: • Work directly with the Founder on high-impact strategic initiatives. • Drive cross-functional execution across business functions and ensure timely delivery of key priorities. • Act as the Founders trusted partner in strategy execution, governance, and decision-making. • Prepare executive dashboards, business reviews, presentations, and leadership reports. • Track strategic projects, drive accountability, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. • Conduct business analysis, market research, and identify growth and operational improvement opportunities. • Lead governance meetings, follow-ups, and execution reviews with leadership teams. • Enable alignment across functions and ensure seamless execution of business objectives. • 5+ years and below 10 years of experience is preferred.
