Expected End Results Major Activities Financial Monitoring and Control Track and monitor all CAPEX expenditures against approved budgets/AOP Identify and investigate any variances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly Implement financial controls to prevent leakages and maintain budget discipline Financial Reporting Prepare and present detailed financial reports on CAPEX projects to circle leadership team, highlighting key financial metrics, budget adherence, and any issues Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data related to CAPEX activities to corporate team Cost Management Analyze project costs to identify potential savings and efficiency improvements Work with SCM teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing of circle level procurement/services Compliance and Audit Ensure all CAPEX financial activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards Ensure transparency and accountability in all capex related transactions Continuous Improvement Identification and implementation of best practices in CAPEX management across circles Training to non-finance team members to enhance their financial management skills and knowledge Budget control Control on overall capex budget , Ensure utilisation of budget as per approvals only
