Roles & Responsibilities of • Managed landlord relations, rental issue resolution, and monthly rent processing for telecom tower sites. • Handled lease renewals, ownership change cases, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements. • Executed Direct Rent Reduction (DRR) initiatives through landlord negotiations and agreement modifications. • Managed rent negotiations for Jio and VIL sharing sites as per AOP guidelines to optimize rental costs. • Maintained lease agreements, rental records, and site documentation. • Coordinated with stakeholders for uninterrupted site operations and project execution, including Fiber, DG, and Solar deployments. • Resolved owner-related issues and ensured timely closure of site-related concerns. • Drove cost-saving initiatives through rent optimization, escalation control, and lease management.
