Job description

Role & responsibilities • Monitor network alarms and track outages to ensure timely issue resolution. • Coordinate with AOMs, FSEs, and technicians for smooth field operations. • Prepare and share daily MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance updates. • Respond to Head Office (HO) queries and provide accurate operational status reports. • Collect, analyze, and track RCA reports for network incidents and recurring issues. • Manage Airtel IUTR and ORM activities, ensuring timely closure and compliance. • Prepare operational presentations (PPTs) and support management with data-driven insights.
