Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Monitor network alarms and track outages to ensure timely issue resolution. - Coordinate with AOMs, FSEs, and technicians for smooth field operations. - Prepare and share daily MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance updates. - Respond to Head Office (HO) queries and provide accurate operational status reports. - Collect, analyze, and track RCA reports for network incidents and recurring issues. - Manage Airtel IUTR and ORM activities, ensuring timely closure and compliance. - Prepare operational presentations (PPTs) and support management with data-driven insights.
