Cloud Delivery Manager

Job description

1. Delivery Ownership • Own end-to-end cloud delivery lifecycle • Ensure timeline, cost, quality, SLA compliance 2. Program / Project Governance • Define KPIs, governance model, reporting cadence • Track risks, dependencies, escalations • Run delivery reviews (weekly / monthly forums) 3. Customer & Stakeholder Management • Primary interface for client leadership • Manage expectations, escalate proactively • Drive CSAT and relationship growth 4. Cloud Transformation Execution • Lead programs like: • Cloud migration (AWS / Azure / Hybrid) • Modernization / containerization / DevOps • Work with architects, DevOps, security, infra teams 5. Operations & SLA Management • Ensure: • Incident / problem management • Availability, uptime • Performance optimization 6. Financial & Resource Management • Manage: • Budget, revenue, margins (P&L) • Resource utilization • Vendor cost control 7. Continuous Improvement & Automation • Drive: • DevOps adoption • Automation (IaC, CI/CD) • Process improvements Key Skills Required Technical • Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP • Understanding of: • Architecture, networking, security • Migration & modernization tools Delivery & Leadership • Program / project management (PMP, Agile) • Risk management, governance • Multi-team coordination Business & Client Skills • Stakeholder management (C-level) • Commercial awareness (revenue, margins) • Negotiation & escalation handling Soft Skills • Strong communication • Decision-making • Crisis management
