**Role & responsibilities** - Drive business growth, profitability, and market share across assigned branches. - Lead and manage Branch Managers and branch teams, ensuring high performance and employee engagement. - Drive cross-selling of Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Term Insurance, Motor Insurance, and other financial products. - Achieve business targets through customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and relationship management. - Ensure superior customer service and maintain healthy CSAT scores across branches. - Oversee branch operations, compliance, and risk management activities. - Maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders. - Ensure branch infrastructure and IT systems are aligned with organizational standards. - Monitor branch performance, provide guidance to Branch Managers, and drive productivity improvements. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth. - Support disposal loss resolution, local business requirements, and operational excellence across the cluster. **Preferred candidate profile** - 1015 years in Retail Branch Banking with strong team handling experience and expertise in cross-selling insurance and investment products.
