Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage contract labour force, ensuring compliance with Factory Act and Contract Labour Act. • Handle union negotiations, maintaining cordial relationships with trade unions. • Oversee workers' compensation claims processing and labour welfare initiatives. • Ensure effective implementation of industrial relations policies to promote a positive work environment. Job Requirements : • 9-18 years of experience in plant HR or related field. • Strong knowledge of contract labour management, factory act, and trade union regulations. • Excellent negotiation skills for successful union negotiations. • Proven track record in managing complex labor issues.
