Our mission is to improve sexual healthcare through expert consultations, therapy, diagnostics, and technology-driven care. **Role Overview :-** We are looking for a professional who communicates clearly, handles patients with empathy, and takes complete ownership of their work. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience from arrival to follow-up. **Key Responsibility :-** **> Patient Journey Management -** - Guide patients through their entire consultation journey - Act as the primary liaison between doctors and patients - Ensure clear communication of treatment plans and next steps **> Communication and Follow ups -** - Handle inbound/outbound calls, messages, and appointment confirmations - Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure patient adherence and satisfaction - Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times **> Clinic Operation Support -** - Assist with day-to-day clinic administrative tasks - Manage patient records and basic documentation - Ensure front-desk workflows run smoothly **> Experience Assurance -** - Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients - Address patient queries and concerns promptly - Uphold Allo Health’s standards of empathy and professionalism **Requirements :-** **Must Have -** - Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, Hindi, and kannada (local candidates preferred) - Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication - Technical Basics: Comfortable with basic computer operations and digital tools - Ownership Mindset: Proactive approach to responsibilities and problem-solving - Professionalism: Respectful Demeanor and ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion **What we offer -** - Opportunity to work in India’s leading sexual health healthcare network - Professional growth in patient care and healthcare operations - Supportive team environment focused on quality care **Location: Bengaluru (In-person; daily travel across 3–4 assigned clinics)** **Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (fixed)** **Job Type: Full-time | On-site** **Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 6 days/week (including weekends)**
