Role Overview Responsible for managing 23 Collection Centres (CCs) and leading the ground procurement team to ensure smooth end-to-end operations, from article arrival at the CC through grading, packing, and timely dispatch to FC. Key Responsibilities \\* Manage day-to-day procurement operations across 2–3 CCs. \\* Lead and manage the ground procurement team, ensuring clear task allocation and execution. \\* Take end-to-end ownership from article arrival to FC dispatch. \\* Ensure timely material arrivals and vehicle dispatches as per defined cut-off timelines. \\* Monitor Metirial availability, quality, grading, packing, and dispatch readiness. \\* Align the team and suppliers/farmers to achieve 100% fill rate against planned demand. \\* Track fill-rate performance and take proactive corrective actions to close shortfalls. \\* Submit daily/on-time reports covering fill rate, arrivals, shortfalls, and operational performance. \\* Coordinate with FC/QC and other stakeholders to ensure smooth dispatch and minimize quality rejections. \\* Identify ground-level operational gaps and drive timely resolution. \\* Ensure adherence to procurement, quality, and operational SOPs across all assigned CCs.
