**Job description** - **Manage sales performance of Gold Loan products across assigned branches.** - **Achieve monthly targets by driving business growth through effective relationship management with branch teams.** - **Identify new opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and upsell/cross-sell relevant financial products.** - **Conduct regular visits to branches to monitor sales activities, provide guidance, and resolve issues.** - **Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Branch Managers) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.** **Age- Min 35 Yrs & Above** **Experience- 10 Years Plus** **Salary- Maximum 60000/- Per Month Plus Quaterly Incentives & Yearly Bonus** **CV's can be Sent on garima.nanda@muthootgroup.com**
