**Job Purpose Statement** The Cluster Manager is responsible for managing and driving operational excellence, compliance, and business growth across branches within the assigned cluster. This role ensures achievement of audit standards, KPI improvements, and financial targets while maintaining customer service quality and adherence to regulatory norms. **Duties & Responsibilities** ^ Ensure desired audit ratings across branches and implement corrective actions for improvement. ^ Monitor BOHI KPIs and drive performance improvement for branches under the cluster. ^ Conduct regular branch visits and submit reports within stipulated timelines. ^ Drive DWM discipline by reviewing daily work management and resolving exceptions raised by RMC. ^ Achieve fee-based business targets (HI, AFC, MI) and investment business targets (FD, MF) for the cluster. ^ Ensure loan business targets (Suvidha, PAPQ, Wheels Loan) are met as per annual plans. ^ Monitor and ensure timely PDD updation (RC, Invoice, Insurance) within defined SLAs. ^ Track and improve QRC resolution within TAT for customer satisfaction. ^ Collaborate with Circle Head and HO teams for process improvements and compliance adherence. ^ Build capability and mentor branch teams for performance excellence.
