Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities** - Lead, manage, and expand the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network across the assigned cluster. - Recruit, onboard, and develop new DSAs to increase business reach and market penetration. - Drive sales of financial products such as Personal Loans products through the DSA channel. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by maximizing DSA productivity. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs, connectors, and channel partners. - Monitor DSA performance and provide regular training, coaching, and support to improve business output. - Ensure timely sourcing and submission of customer applications with complete documentation. - Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Risk teams for faster processing and loan disbursement. - Track the sales pipeline, conversion ratio, and disbursement status to ensure business growth. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network in untapped markets. - Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities and customer requirements. - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC norms. - Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance and business development. - Resolve DSA and customer queries promptly to maintain high service standards. - Motivate and lead the cluster sales team to achieve organizational goals and improve overall productivity. **Key Skills Required** - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Experience in DSA/channel sales within Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services. - Knowledge of retail lending products and sales processes. - Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
