**Job description** **Cluster Sales Manager - Gold Loans** **Locations:** All Over Bangalore location **Looking to step into a role where you can lead teams, drive business growth, and make a visible impact across multiple branches?** **We're looking for a** **Cluster Sales Manager** **who can take ownership, build high-performing field teams, and deliver results across the assigned cluster.** **Key Responsibilities** - **Drive** **Gold Loan New KYC Business** **across the assigned cluster** - **Recruit** **Sales Executives** **for every branch and support their on-field development** - **Handle a team of** **8 - 10 FOS (Feet on Street) Executives** - **Allocate targets, track performance, and ensure timely achievement of business goals** - **Travel across the cluster to conduct reviews, meetings, and training programs** - **Analyze market opportunities to identify key focus areas and plan business activities accordingly** - **Conduct regular team reviews to improve lead quality, lead generation, and overall business performance** **What We're Looking For** - **Team handling experience is mandatory** - **Sales experience (Direct Sales preferred)** - **Ability to communicate effectively in the local language** - **Strong communication and interpersonal skills** - **People management capabilities** - **Problem-solving and negotiation skills** **Experience** - **2 - 6 years experience in Gold Loan / Banking Field sales product** **Qualification** **Any Degree** **Compensation & Benefits** **Up to 6 LPA CTC + Incentives** **Attractive incentives, rewards & performance-based awards** **Yearly Bonus** **Kindly share you resume to recruitmentblr2@muthootgroup.com** **Feel free to speak with HR - Koti Madhusudhan -7670842320**
