Job Description: Control Tower Executive The Control Tower Executive will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating daily transportation and logistics operations. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with agents, basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues in real time. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates looking to start a career in logistics and supply chain operations. Skills Required Technical Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting). Familiarity with Google Sheets. Basic computer skills and email communication. Communication Skills Strong verbal communication Clear and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle pressure situations calmly. Problem-Solving Skills Quick decision-making ability.
