Job Overview We are looking for a trustworthy, multi-skilled, and detail-oriented Guest House Caretaker to manage cooking and daily housekeeping duties at our guest house located in Chinna Thirupathi, Salem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing hygienic meals for guests/management and maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Key Responsibilities 1. Culinary & Kitchen Management • Prepare fresh, hygienic, and high-quality South Indian (and basic North Indian) meals for guests, visitors, and management staff. • Plan daily menus in advance according to guest preferences and dietary requirements. • Purchase and manage kitchen supplies, groceries, and provisions, ensuring zero wastage. • Maintain strict standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and utensil sanitation. Compensation & Benefits • Monthly In-Hand Salary: 27,000 / Month • Joining: Immediate joining preferred.
