Job description

Your Daily Work: • Conduct door-to-door household surveys to collect accurate data related to water connections, meter status, headcount, service quality, and customer feedback. • Record and verify survey information using a mobile app/tablet or physical forms as required. • Sensitize households about ongoing KUWSIP project activities, water supply improvements, and the importance of water conservation. • Capture customer grievances and understand the social impact and customer behaviour zone-wise. • Ensure accurate and reliable field data collection and overall customer service enhancement. Requirements: • Minimum 12th Pass. • Must be comfortable with outdoor field/walking work. • Local language fluency is compulsory. • Polite and good communication skills. Benefits: • Salary: Fixed Base + Daily Travel Allowance (TA) • Training provided for field work.
