Field Surveyor

Job description

• Visit assigned households and commercial premises to conduct surveys as per the provided schedule and route plan. • Collect and verify consumer data (name, address, mobile number, property, Population, details, connection details, etc.) based on the questionnaire CONTACT HR - BHARATHI RAJA - 9597742089 available in survey forms. • Explain the purpose of the survey and obtain customer cooperation. • Accurately record information on mobile apps/tablets. • Identify and report anomalies such as vacant properties, unauthorized connections, or changes in property usage. • Escalate any challenges or unresponsive households to the supervisor. • Ensure daily reporting of survey progress and completed records. • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow survey protocols strictly. Others • Initially they were involved in Consumer Survey. • Later, they will be moved to Construction Activities or Customer Service activities Desirable Skills • Ability to adopt new things & Technology • Should be a Quick Learner. • Language Tamil (mandatory) + English (basic knowledge) • Should be good in handling Mobile/ tabs and able to write/type English • Polite, professional, and respectful attitude while dealing with consumers Having experience with relevance will be an added advantage Educational Qualification: Diploma (Civil/ Mechanical) (60% with this qualification, 40% Graduate, 12 th Pass) Work Experience: Fresher/any
