Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage customer lifecycle and engagement campaigns across Email, SMS, IVR, and digital channels using platforms like Netcore. • Develop and execute customer communication calendars, automated campaigns, and performance reporting. • Create and manage product marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, videos, emails, and launch materials. • Coordinate with Product, Compliance, IT, Sales, and external vendors for campaign execution and product launches. • Handle marketing operations including invoice management, vendor coordination, AMS/UIN updates, and marketing compliance activities. Job Requirements : • 5-12 years of experience in CLM or related field. • Strong understanding of CRM systems, including Salesforce.com or similar platforms. • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
