Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage customer lifecycle and engagement campaigns across Email, SMS, IVR, and digital channels using platforms like Netcore. - Develop and execute customer communication calendars, automated campaigns, and performance reporting. - Create and manage product marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, videos, emails, and launch materials. - Coordinate with Product, Compliance, IT, Sales, and external vendors for campaign execution and product launches. - Handle marketing operations including invoice management, vendor coordination, AMS/UIN updates, and marketing compliance activities. **Job Requirements :** - 5-12 years of experience in CLM or related field. - Strong understanding of CRM systems, including Salesforce.com or similar platforms. - Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
