We are hiring for the position of: Customer Relationship Manager Location: Pune & Aurangabad Educational Qualifications: MBA / B.Tech with relevant experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Job Description: 1. Drive business growth by identifying and exploring market opportunities within the assigned territory. 2. Develop and present competitive commercial proposals for prospective Retail & Medium segment customers. 3. Conduct market intelligence activities by gathering competitor insights on pricing, incentives, and market trends. 4. Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and engagement with project managers, site in-charges, influencers, and key stakeholders. 5. Analyze market dynamics and customer requirements to strengthen market position and drive sales. 6. Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding, SAP code creation, and seamless order execution. 7. Ensure timely collection of payments and effective management of receivables, including critical outstanding cases. 8. Monitor customer-wise sales, collections, and outstanding payments to support business objectives. 9. Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining pricing discipline as per company guidelines.
