Customer Relationship Manager

Job description

- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships by understanding their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Drive sales of retail loan products to achieve assigned business targets across the branch catchment. - Promote and cross-sell additional financial products such as insurance, deposits, and other value-added services to existing and new customers. - Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursal. - Monitor customer portfolio, track repayments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
